Vijay Sanghvi

Vijay joined One Ten Associates as a Senior Consultant for Operations recruitment. Prior to joining One Ten Associates, he worked at a global recruitment firm and specialised in Operations recruitment for 3 years, successfully assisting in building out the Operations desk there.

His core remit is to focus on back/middle office, client services, client reporting, performance analysis, and fund administration hires across varying levels of experience. 

Relationships are key to his approach, thus he is meticulous in getting to know candidates and clients alike. Researching the various disciplines within Operations, and with consistency, he has a solid track record in delivering quality talent to suit his clients’ requirements.

Prior to recruitment, Vijay studied Osteopathic Medicine at University.
