One Ten Associates is a specialist recruitment firm set up in 2011 to service the needs of the private equity & hedge fund sector. We are a 2 Partner firm with over 20 years of recruitment experience between us. We are supported by a team of external researchers with an additional 9 years of relevant experience.

The founder of the business is a qualified accountant who previously worked at KPMG and GE before moving into recruitment in 2004 and has since specialised in the alternative investment sector, working with both the funds and service providers of the sector.

The main research consultant at the Firm comes from a specialist industry background.

The firm has grown its reputation by having the unique blend of technical understanding and passion for the alternatives sector, but also an established candidate network across the private equity, hedge fund, asset management, real estate, infrastructure and service provider sectors.
