Harry Rogers

Harry joined One Ten Associates in 2019 to lead the Compliance and Legal practice. His experience has been built upon carrying out searches across all levels within the Compliance and Legal markets with a niche focus on the buy-side industry. He has carried out specific searches for hedge funds, alternative funds, institutional asset managers and wealth managers. In addition to searching directly for live mandates, Harry has partnered with a number of key clients in providing salary benchmarking, industry updates, market trends and market mapping.

Prior to joining One Ten Associates, Harry worked for a global recruitment business for over 5 years and he was an integral part of building out the compliance business across both the buy-side and sell-side industry. He is able to leverage off his extensive network within the market to add value to his clients and can be seen at industry summits and conferences.
